Welcome to our website. By accessing and using this site, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order or inquiry.

1. Orders & Production

All orders are confirmed only after receiving the deposit and final artwork approval. Production lead time starts from the date of deposit receipt and design confirmation. Any changes to design, logo or specifications requested by the buyer after confirmation may cause production delays and additional costs.

2. Payment & Pricing

We accept bank transfer as the main payment method. The standard payment term is 50% deposit and full balance paid before shipment. All prices are quoted excluding shipping fees, taxes, customs duties and any import charges. Quotation prices are valid for 15 days only.

3. Custom OEM Products

All customized, OEM and private label products are specially produced for the buyer. Custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless there is obvious mass production quality defect confirmed by our side.

4. Quality Inspection & After Sales

Buyers are allowed to inspect goods before shipment. Any quality complaint must be raised in writing within 7 days after goods delivery. Damage caused by improper use, collision, human destruction or normal wear and tear is not covered by after-sales service.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time is for reference only. We are not responsible for shipping delays, customs clearance delays, tax inspection or force majeure factors beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, designs and files provided by the buyer must be legally authorized. The buyer takes full responsibility for any intellectual property infringement issues. Our factory will not be liable for relevant disputes.

7. Website Usage & Revision

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The latest version shall prevail once published on the website footer.
